Description

Overview

This NFC antenna is a wireless communication component designed for modern car smart key systems. Its core function is to use NFC (near field communication) technology to achieve seamless connection between the vehicle and the smart key. The antenna has a series of precise technical parameters to ensure its efficient and stable operation, providing users with a convenient and safe vehicle experience.

Key Features

• Accurate  frequency
The resonant frequency of the antenna is set to 13.56MHz, which is the standard frequency of NFC communication, ensuring perfect compatibility with vehicles or other NFC devices.

 Low voltage standing wave ratio

V.S.W.R (voltage standing wave ratio) is less than 2.0, indicating that the matching degree between the antenna and the transmission line is extremely high, reducing the reflection and loss of the signal and improving the communication efficiency.

•  Good impedance matching

The impedance of the antenna is designed to be 50±3Ω, which matches the common transmission line impedance, further reducing the loss of the signal during transmission.

• Linear polarization stability

The linear polarization method ensures that the antenna has consistent directionality when sending and receiving signals, and improves the stability of communication.

• Superior materials and design

The antenna uses FPC soft board as the substrate, combined with high-quality materials such as PI coating, backing ferrite and electrolytic copper, to ensure good conductivity, flexibility and durability. At the same time, the compact size (106.4*40*0.6mm) and gold treatment of the pads make the antenna easy to integrate into the smart key and have high welding reliability.
